Products purchased at Brock Tool of Detroit, Inc. may be returned if: | |

2. | You called or e-mailed to get a return authorization number from us. |
3. | You must place the return authorization number in a prominent location on the box. |
4. | The returned item must be shipped at customer’s expense. |
5. | You will be credited for the item minus shipping charges. |
6. | Shipping charges are not refundable. |
7. | Special order items are non-returnable. |
